Cartoons
Exhibition. Masks. 1.5m distance.
The Bern-based graphic designer and artist Ueli Johner answers his own open questions with a pencil and shares the result with the world on Instagram (@yallah). With the likes and hits he buys the ingredients to brew kimchi and kombucha at home or to build drones, which usually don't get older than two months. He also teaches a nude drawing course at the Schule für Gestaltung and launched Drinkndrawbern in 2017, which regularly takes place on the first Wednesday of the month.
From May 5th, he will place a new drawing every day in the exhibition area on Waisenhausplatz, about the state of the world, the festival theme or a question that he has just asked himself, thus allowing the exhibition to grow over the festival period.
